Hi XXXXXXX
Good day.
DHEA and Testosterone are androgens or male hormones. They are produced in females in small quantities and are required for libido. They are also important for bone health. These androgen will be converted to estrogen as well. Estrogen is a female hormone. The combination which you mentioned contain these androgens in very small dose and may not cause male pattern hair loss which you are afraid of.
Few testosterone oral tablets may cause liver disorders but those type of preparations are seldom used now a days. Safer oral testosterone pills are available now.

Hi XXXXXXX
Good day.
I am afraid that i didnt give you a detaied answer before.
Androgen ( male hormone) treatment in women is a widely accepted treatment now a days. Hair loss in scalp ( and hair growth in body) are not seen in the small dose used in women. Liver toxixity used to be a problem with older testosterone pills, however, current available preperations are very safe.
