Question : I take Losartan and Cardevilol for HBP and have started using Diabazole as I'm borderline diabetic. Should I be concerned about lower blood pressure readings?

I would explain that it is safe to take Losartan and Carvedilol concomitantly with Diabazole. There is no interaction between these drugs.
There is no contraindication for these antihypertensive drugs in diabetic or prediabetic patients.
So there is nothing to be concerned of!
I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values frequently during the day (in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax) and write them down.
If your blood pressure values are below 100/60mm Hg, you may need to reduce the doses.
