Brief Answer:
could be withdrawal

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sudden effexor withdrawal can be associated with loss of appetite ,headache nausea and diarrhoea in some persons. Green stool occurs if there is increased frequency of stool output because the bile does not have the chance to change since stool is passing out faster.
The brown colour of stool is related to changes that bile undergoes as stool passes through the colon. If the stool passes out quickly then these changes cannot occur.

Other symptoms that may occur are agitation, confusion, tremor dizziness, problems with balance.

It is possible that the symptoms can definitely be associated with the withdrawal of medications. If the symptoms decrease with the restart of the medication then you would know that this is definitely the cause.

The other cause would be infection of the gastrointestinal tract- gastroenteritis. Most commonly a viral infection. This is normally treated by using oral rehydration salts from local pharmacies and probiotics.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
