Does FEMTO LASIK Cause Any Post-operation Complications?

Question: As I am planning to go for FEMTO Lasik for Eye vision correctness, I am little concerned about the post operation complications. Please suggest whether to proceed or not ? As I am having Eyesight of 6 for left eye, 7 for right eye, I am wearing thick glasses. Please suggest

Studies indicate that flap complications occur in from 0.3 to 5.7 percent of LASIK procedures, according to the April 2006 issue of XXXXXXX Journal of Ophthalmology.
Practically complications are seen in less then 0.1% cases.
Please proceed for surgery.
