Does Gabapentin Interact With Plaquenil, Salagen And Paxil?
Question: I suffer from chronic tension headaches. I take 2, 10 mg Paxil at night, with Plaquenil (200) and Salagen (5 ) for Sjogrens Syndrome at bedtime. The headache is excruciating right now. May I take a 300 mg Gabapentin now for the pain without danger? Fioricet is no longer working.

Thank you, Dr. XXXXXXX I slept well for 5 hours til 8:30a. after I took the Gabapentin at 3:30a., I was desperate. Ugly headache still with me when I awoke, but the sleep very welcome. Between microwave heating pad for deep heat, and coffee, my standbys every morning, I also did deep breathing exercises and by 9:40 the headache had waned. Still lots of tension in shoulders and neck muscles. Surely there must be a way to find the SOURCE of this chronic problem and NOT add drugs! Thoughts, please? Thank you, Summer
