Hello
Welcome to HCM.
If you are taking Ginette 35 once a day, you will not get pregnant.
It acts as a contraceptive pill.
For pregnancy, you have to stop ginette.
Perform intercourse in mid-time of your cycle. Most fertile period would be between 11-17 days of your cycle.
But, I would like to know why the drug ginette was started to you? For what reason?
Its important to determine the medical conditions which can interfere in conception.
Regarding homoepathic medicines, I am not sure as this is not my area of expertise. Respective specialist can guide you better.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Take care.
Thanks.

FOLLOWING YOUR ADVISE I AM STOPPING GINETTE 35. THE ONLY PROBLEM FOR WHICH I STARTED TREATMENT WAS- PROLACTIN WAS ON HIGHER SIDE & MENSES WERE NOT REGULAR.NOW BOTH ARE REGULAR. I ALSO TOOK XXXXXXX TABLET FOR ONE MONTH WHEN IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT PROLACTIN WAS ON HIGHER SIDE
Brief Answer:
donot make dose changes on your own.
Detailed Answer:
As your periods are normal, I think stopping ginette should not affect your periods now.
Prolactin levels are also normal.
So, you must go for intercourse when you expect your ovulation time (that is around mid-cycle).
If still there is problem in conception, clomiphene tablet can help by stimulating ovulation.
I requrst you to kindly discuss this with your local doctor and drug/dose change should be done under his supervision.
Hope this helps.
I wish you well.
Take care.
