Question: I took a hydrocodone 5/325 at 9 pm and took my nortriptyline and baclofen at 12:15 am new medicine for sciatic nerve pain caused by a torn disc is it safe.so the nortriptyline is 10 mg

I think there is a chance of increased drowsiness and sedation if your are taking hydrocodone with nortriptyline. Hydrocodone is an opioid which causes pain relief and sedation. Nortriptyline also causes sedation. So, occasional intake of these medicines 4 hours apart is fine, but better to avoid taking them together. Better to consult your doctor before taking these medicines on your own.
