Brief Answer:
No reported interactions

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but there is no need to worry as there are no reported interactions between Omega 3-DHS , EPA and invega. however it is always recommended to take any medications at least 3 hours apart. Also invega interacts with alcohol leading to increased incidence of nervous side effects , so it is recommended to avoid or limit alcohol intake while on invega. I hope I answered your question.
