There is no scientific evidence that it will help or reduce inflammation of any joint or any other inflammatory process in our body. But of course it doesnt meand that beneficial effect can be excluded. In every case it wont hurt you, but you dont have to expect some special results. You should try with conventional antiinflammatory medicines first and consult your rheuamatologist. Such difficutlites are best managed with good physical therapy and good choice of mediciens.
