Question: Hello there,
I hope you are doing well.

As a child (around the age of 10) I used to have a lot of joint pain in my knees. upon the blood test, the doctor prescribed Penidure (la 12 * 8 unit =~ 1cr), Twice a month.

After that, I started to have sexual excitement, at quite a premature age of 10-11 years.
And an unfortunate coincidence that I got into some of the bad associations around the same time and was exposed to sexual contents.

So I started to masturbate quite early on in my life.
And continued it for the next 7-8 years of my life. On average 2-3 times a day.

After that, I got some help in form meditation and spirituality and thus could control it.

So for the next 3-4 years. I had good control over it and didn't feel anything.

For the last 2-3 years I masturbated intermittently like 1-2 times a month.

However, nowadays, I don't even last for a minute (40-50 seconds).

Right now when I'm 26, and on the verge of getting married, my parents are looking for a girl, I find myself sexually very underconfident.
I'm apprehensive that I might not be able to provide sexual satisfaction to my would-be partner.

While I'm still unmarried, I wanted to proactively get some treatment for it and get this problem sorted.

As there are already a multitude of reasons for the marraiges to fail, I don't want to carry one additional reason.

As per my research, I did get to know about a few techniques like "Start and Stop", "Squeeze", and Kegel exercises. However here I am looking for a definitive solution. Something which can uproot this problem.

Brief Answer:
Marriage is about commitment

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Marriage is more about commitment towards your life partner in times of health and disease and any other problems. As long as you are committed towards her, there is nothing much to worry. She will also like to have a committed partner. This commitment will help you both overcome all reasons of marriage failure.

Techniques like start and stop, squeeze and kegel are meant for overcoming premature ejaculation.

Since you are physically healthy, there is nothing to worry and you can go ahead with your marriage. We will discuss if you have any problem after marriage.

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
