Does Krimson 35 Help To Delay Periods?

Question: Hello,

I am 26yrs unmarried women. i have PCOD since 2 yrs. For first few months I took Krimson 35, periods got regularised. After that I went for Ayurvedic medicine for 6 months. Since then my periods are regular even with no medication. But every month periods delay by 2 days( I think its quite ok). Now my marriage is in next week. I took regestrone for 3 days to prepone periods(I was in the end of my cycle , waited for 2 days after previous month cycle but cycle didnt start so took regestrone). After 2 days, period started but it didnt even last for half day. Now my gynec suggested to take Krimson 35 after 5th day. I want to be sure that if there would be bleeding while taking Krimson 35 or not?

I understand your health concern.
There is nothing to worry and you can start krimson 35 as advised and keep taking it regularly.
It will regularize your periods and also no periods during your honeymoon time.
Along with above mentioned benefit there is additional benefit of contraception.
So start krimson 35 on day 5 and then continue taking it cyclically as before.

For further clarification , I had my periods on 5th apr, 2015 and I was waiting for my periods till 7th May,2015 (because every month it delays by 2 days) and started taking regestrone. I am bit worried why my period didnt even last for half a day. I want to be sure that I should not start bleeding during my marriage( In hindu mythology, it is considered to be something impure and this might cause my marriage to stop;ya my family is very orthodox). I heard krimson 35 works as a contraceptive but no where I saw it could postpone(to be extact - no periods during taking krimson 35). So want to be double sure of that.

Yes dear, surely you will not get your periods once you are on krimson.
As regards your fear related to the reason due to which you had really less periods is most probably due to stress of shopping and rituals before marriage and believe me it is very common to have irregular periods during this period of stress.
As there is no incident of unprotected sexual activity in past month there is no risk of pregnancy either so this decreased flow can be ignored and thus nothing to worry.
Just start krimson as advised and wish you a very happy married life ahead.
