Question: Does LSD affect levels of measures taken during blood/urine test? i.e. Glucose, Creatinine(eGFR), Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Albumin, Albumin/Creatinine ratio in urine, Calcium, ionized calcium, Phosphate or PTH

LSD will not affect any of the blood tests that you have listed or any components of blood profile for that matter. However, LSD can itself be detected in a urine test for 12 hours after last use and in blood test for 3-4 days after last use.

Thank you for your response. What about urine tests targeted at kidney function in general? (e.g. protein in the urine or something like that)

Also, would the same thing apply to ketamine? I know it has a very different pharmacological profile compared to LSD and can have complications in cases of abuse, but does it have an effect on the blood / urine profile?

Just to clarify. All of these questions are in the context of ingesting said compounds the day before the tests.

Ketamine and LSD generally won't alter any components of blood or urine profile. These drugs will be detected only if tested specifically for them with a blood or urine toxicology drug screening.
