Brief Answer:
You seem to have Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms associated with ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query ,

Based on the medications that you have been taking you seem to have Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS)due to Enlarged prostate associated with other problems like Hypertension,High Cholesterol and Erectile Dysfunction .

The ED that you have is common at this age due to following factors
1) With advancing age after 60 years there is diminished production of Testosterone by testicles which is main factors that governs and maintains erectile function of a man This reduced levels of Serum Testosterone is one of the cause for loss of libido ( Desire for sex))and Erectile Dysfunction .
2) There is a narrowing of arteries supplying blood to erectile tissue in penis due to age related atherosclerosis and high cholesterol which accounts for reduced blood flow to erectile tissue causing ED.

Normally following modality of treatment helps to have good erection and have enjoyable sex
Instead of taking Livetra take Tadalafil (Cialis ) 5 mg daily and 20 mg on the day one hour before you plan to have sex.

If this does not wok to your satisfaction consult your Urologist and get Color Doppler Scan of penis to evaluate the Vasculogenic cause for your Ed .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
