Question : My pollen allergy reaction this morning is overwhelming the 24 hour, 10mg cetirizine hydrochloride tablet I took yesterday at 5 PM. Can I take a 24 hour, 10mg loratadine tablet now (11 AM) for relief from my sneezing and runny nose? The drug interaction tool on WebMD does not indicate any negative interaction between these medications and I have not had adverse reactions to either separately before
