Does Losartan Cause Back Pain, Fatigue And Cough?

Question: can losartan 100mg give you lower back pain, extreme fatigue and a cough? what time is best to take it. also effexor XR, 37.5mg what is best time to take it and will it cause fatigue?

Hello Sir

After going through the details i understand your concern and i would like to tell you that

1. Losartan do causes muscle weakness in a small proportion of patients but not specifically back pain. It is not know to cause cough, ACE inhibitors are know to cause cough.

2. Effexor basically is an antidepressant group of medicine, its best to take with food in evening. It can cause drowsiness.
