Hello,

lumigan is not supposed to cause hair loss. Actually sometimes it does the opposite! It may increase the hair in the body in an undesirable way.
Common problems to start from include your iron stores (ferritin levels) and thyroid function (TSH measurement). There are also various factors which include genetic predisposition, age, local infections (on the scalp), autoimmune conditions (particularly for patchy hair loss), drugs etc

A visit to a dermatologist is the right next step to investigate the causes.
