Brief Answer:
Yes it can

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Lyrica acts through central nervous system and main indication is neuropathic pain.
It also affects sleep because it is also used as an anticonvulsant and anti anxiety medicine.
It also causes dyspnea.

Rare case reports have been noted sleep apnea as a side effect of Lyrica.

And it is not indicated in depression at all as first line or second line medicine.

Considering these aspects of Lyrica, in your case - yes it can worsen your sleep apnea.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
