I dont consider myself as a stable person i am married with one daughter(2years) i live kinda of an open marriage upon the request of my husband an d i do really take advantage of it but i feel jealous manytimes. I already have marriage conflicts and i had lsd with my husband two weeks ago it was my first experience it went well but afterwards i feel u hate everything and everyone i feel im going to destroy my lige as it is not the life i want to have i'm sooo freaked out

I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Unfortunately, LSD is not as benign as many people think. LSD can trigger panic attacks or feelings of extreme anxiety, and can have longer-lasting effects, leading to anxiety and even depressive disorders. Oftentimes the mood-related effects of LSD are transient, and rarely last more than a few weeks. However, if your mood continues to be low and you continue to be anxious, you may need to seek out psychiatric treatment. An SSRI antidepressant such as escitalopram or sertraline is the medication of choice for both anxiety and depression. Another alternative is psychotherapy.
