Brief Answer:
It could be due to what is called as Carpel Tunnel Syndromme.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,Based on the facts that you have posted the tinglling and numbness in fingers that you have could be mostly due to what is called as Capel Tunnel Syndrome

This can be confirmed only by doing Nerve Coduction Study .Please consult qualified Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and get the Nerve Conduction Study tone to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
MRI does No detect nerve conduction

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up
I have gone through MRI but MRI detects only any structural defect in muscles and bones and does not detect the conduction defect in nerves which is the basic cause for tingling and numbness along the parts inervated by the particular nerve.
Thanks and Regards
