Brief Answer:
Not as such.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
As such there is no major drug interaction between Magnesium Citrate laxative and the medicines you are taking.
However this Laxative has high addiction potential.
Actually the anti depressant medicines you are taking are responsible for the constipation you are experiencing.
If not done, you should also get your thyroid profile checked.
Drink plenty of water and increase Fiber in diet. Take one whole papaya in night with dinner or as dinner.
So, my recommendations for you would be to take Magnesium citrate laxative only when required severely.
Otherwise there is no significant interaction between the drugs.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

How donyou know if tou have bowel obstruction. I took magnesium citrate, passed soft stool then a bunch of liquid passed over 5 bowel movements. I havent had bowel movement in a day since but feel gassy and bloated. Could anxiety be preventing bowel movements. I am diagnosed with anxiety disorder.

Brief Answer:
It's not Intestinal obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, In acute intestinal obstruction, a person is unable to pass stools or even gas.
Since you have bowel movements and you are passing gas, it is probably not intestinal obstruction.
However, you may see your doctor and let him examine you and if he feels, your bowel sounds are diminish, he would order a X-ray Abdomen Erect, that would rule out intestinal obstruction.
Otherwise, you would just need treatment for acid reflux.
Anxiety won't cause bowel obstruction. It would just increase the acidity and reflux.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
