Hello thanks for asking from HCM
Magnesium deficiency is thought to increase a lot of psychiatric disorder including anxiety, migraines, depression etc and it also results in frequent mood swings. Though not much studies have been done but some studies suggest roles of magnesium in migraine. So yes magnesium will surely help you in migraine.
Magnesium Glycinate is one of best forms of magnesium and has good bioavailability and absorption compared to other forms. The form is relatively better tolerable. Its better to be taken with food. Though there are not much studies supporting this.
Thanks.
