medroxyprogesterone should work well to regulate your periods. most doctors prescribe it monthly for around ten days each month on order to make sure you have monthly periods. however, sometimes it can be prescribed differently if there are unique circumstances in your situation. so taking it on a monthly basis to regulate my period should not be harmful to my health? up to now i take it ten days then i get my period like 3 days later but once i stop it i don't get a period.
Brief Answer:
It should not be XXXXXXX at all
Detailed Answer:
it sounds like it is working the way it is supposed to, and it is not only giving you regular periods, it is also reducing the future risk of developing uterine cancer. it will also prevent you from having irregular and possibly heavy bleeding. that is because women who don't have regular periods often get disordered growth of the uterine lining. that could result in no periods for a long time, then a sudden episode of hemorrhage.
your doctor should also try to explain to you what the cause of the irregular periods may be. that really depends on every situation, though a problem called PCOS is one of the mosh common hormonal disorders that causes this. taking monthly progesterone is one good way of controlling your cycles.

Detailed Answer:
it makes much more sense now that you have me the background story! kudos on the weight loss! that itself will help cure the problem, but you should continue the treatment until you get pregnant. your doctor will tell you how to use the clomid, and that usually works. sometimes it helps to add metformin as well, ask your doctor if he/she thinks that is a good idea. in terms of age, it is safe to get pregnant until 35 for sure, but even beyond that it is still safe, just the chances of congenital abnormalities increases, however you can certainly still try to get pregnant. after 40 though the chances get much higher, but you can talk to your divisor about testing that can be done then. in the meantime you are still 32, so there is no reason to worry yet. good luck! let me know if you need anything else.
