Brief Answer:
risk of interaction

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a possible risk of interaction between melatonin and apixaban according to at least 2 medical information sites including medscape drug interaction checker.

Melatonin may increase the effect of the apixaban and therefore increase the risk of bleeding.

It would be best to consider either speaking to your doctor about this potential risk or using another sleep aid.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
