Does Methadone Interact With Any Other Drug?
ClonzaePAM, torsemide, methadone, aspirin, aleve, kl or-con,flustaton, trazadone, omeprazole, flustatin metropol, ropinirole, thyroxine, levothyrozine, pro vigil-as needed. I am being treated for arthritis, high cholesterol, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, do to hospital/Doctor mistake they missed a hole in my lung. They sent me home with a repaired broken ankle due to a car accident. Seven hours later the called me and told me to rush back to the hospital. The pnmothorax was picked up by a second radiologist. The doctors had forgotten to check the possible effects of the air bag. In the seven hours I had picked up a serious staph infection. I was given a super strong antibiotic. This particular drug produced a serious complication. It started to destroy my tendons. My tendons are still in trouble. For example I have no Achilles' tendons. In a later operation for a cyst the doctor discovered that some of my internal organs are not quite where they should be. During this 10 to 15 year ordeal except for the last one each Doctor I saw denied any knowledge of what caused my myriad of problems. Many of the causes that were discovered by me, my strong knowledge of biology and my trusty I-pad. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. it was crittondon hospital in XXXXXXX hills Michigan. Other mistakes there could have killed me. Just as an example my chest tube hurt like hell for 3 days. I couldn't see what was wrong but blood coming out from the chest tube did not look good. During those 3 days I was constantly pushing the nurse call button. I finally called the hospital phone number, told her of my problem. The problem was that the call light was not working. I could further bore you with horror stories but this is not a propitious time to time to go into it.

Major interaction is between METHADONE & TRAZADONE
Detailed Answer:
Hi....
I have read your description and understand your concern.
I can understand better because my grandfather is also on 5 -6 different tablets daily.
I have found one major and some moderate interactions with the drugs you are currently taking. Major interaction is between Methadone and Trazadone. Rarely this might cause irregular heart beats which may be life threatening. The chances will increase if you have any heart conditions.
Some other moderate interactions are as follows
Aleve & Metoprolol, Trazodone & Ropinirole, Trazodone & Torsemide, Omeprazole & Torsemide, Aleve & aspirin.
I would request you to kindly go back to your doctor and get ONLY NECESSARY DRUGS from your list of drugs.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thank you for your patience.
As I found few research documents mentioning positive relationship between fibromyalgia (FM) and menopause. It says that fibromyalgia symptoms are more severe in post-menopausal (PM)women than in women who are still menstruating. Typically PM women produce 40% lesser estrogen than a menstruating women. It may be related to the level of estrogen circulating in the body.
It is these hormonal changes of menopause can cause crankiness and soreness. It may be increased by sleeplessness, which is one of the main features of fibromyalgia. Loss of calcium and other minerals in menopause also leads to body aches. I remember some of the physicians giving Estrogen replacement to their patients with good clinical outcome. You may want to discuss this with your doctor if this hormone does not interfere with other essential drugs that you take.
