Does Myo-Inositol Reduce PCOS ?

Question: I have PCOS and recently bought I believe it’s called Myo-Inositol to help woth my symptoms. I am sexually active and always use protection however it broke this past time(it also has before but I did not get pregnant). I have not taken the inositol yet but I wanted to start taking it as soon as possible and wanted to know if I start taking it would it promote me to get pregnant ? It’s something I want to avoid
