Does Neurocet Increase The Endorphin Levels In The Body?

I do not see Neurocet listed on the WebMD list of drugs and supplements.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Web MD is a private corporation which provides health information. While I personally like its site, it is not a source us medical professionals use, there are professional sources for that, WebMD is more for patients. So if it is not listed in the list then I suppose it is not confirmed by WebMD, but it is not like we have some extra source.
However, that statement in the leaflet itself doesn’t make sense, WebMD doesn’t confirm any medication, there are institutions like FDA which approve drugs based on clinical trials, WebMD merely provides information. The same goes for XXXXXXX XXXXXXX or any other hospital, no serious medical institution confirms the effectiveness of medications without clinical trials.
So I wouldn’t trust that leaflet, at least not that statement. As for the product itself it’s hard to give any opinion since I can’t find much information online about its ingredients and the mechanism by which they work.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
