Brief Answer:
There is no evidence for this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Niacin, also known as nicotinic acid,it is used to lower levels of cholesterol in blood.
There is no evidences that niacin can help to clear nicotine or any other substance out of the body .Niacin does not affect the process of elimination of these drugs.
The only sure way to pass a drug test is to abstain from the drug for a period of time long enough time to eliminate all of it.
Nicotine and its metabolite cotinine can be detected in the blood for two to four days. This period may vary from person to person and it is longer in heavy smokers.
So if you are an occasional smoker or moderate smoker you may need one week without smoking to test negative.
If you are a heavy smoking ,it might need two weeks before the test to stop smoking.
I am afraid that 2 days from the last time you have smoked is a very short time to test negative.
If you want to test negative you should stop smoking 2 weeks before the test.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,
