Brief Answer:
Erection stimulants are relatively contraindicated in Hypertensives

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

According to the literature and practice guidelines Erection stimulants like Viagra are contraindicated especially in heart patients and hypertension patients. An absolute discretion is required for the cardiologist to prescribe these doses. In your case the medicine to reduce BP Olmezest Beta could cause this as side effect. I would suggest to go back to the cardiologist for alternatives. At the same time he can prescribe you the required dose of newer alternatives to sildenafil like Cialis. I think there is nothing wrong and shy to speak to your cardiologist about it. They are pretty open minded.

I presume this forum can help with privacy but this forum cannot prescribe you such medicines when the risk is obviously apparent.
