All opioids unfortunately can cause nausea and vomiting . These are two of the more common side effects though they do not occur in everyone.
Constipation, drowsiness and dizziness are also common effects.
You can use medication to combat the nausea and vomiting if another pain killer is not an option eg dramamine or peptobismol.
The only issue would be added drowsiness with the dramamine
