Question : does the use of percocet, deplete the body any essential needed minerals from the body more rapidly?
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Unfortunately, long-term use of Percocet can lead to abnormal blood glucose levels, hyperkalemia(elevated potassium level), and abnormal acid-base balance.
So I would recommend that follow up on your blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial and blood potassium levels.
I would also recommend that you follow up on the liver enzymes (AST, ALT) and kidney functions including urea and creatinine as it might cause their deterioration.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
