It is unlikely to put thoughts in your head and is unlikely to cause suicidal tendencies. As a matter of fact it was known for reducing the risk of suicidal behavior in patients. If you are having these symptoms, probably the ailment for which you are receiving the medicine, is still not in control. You would need to visit a psychiatrist who can realise your problem through a detailed two way interaction which is beyond the scope of this query.
