Does Plan-B Cause A Missed Menstrual Cycle?

Question: On XXXXXXX 10th I had my period, a few days after the end of the period I had unprotected sex for a few seconds only, no ejaculation from my boyfriend. the day after ,I took plan b. I then received ANOTHER period which lasted for 6 days. The plan b induced the second period.
So I've had 2 full periods in the month of XXXXXXX Unfortunately, I had unprotected sex for a few seconds in the beginning of July. And now I haven't received my period for the whole month of July. It is soon August. Should I be worried?
My question is, did the plan b cause my period not to come at all this month? Since I already had two periods in June? What are the odds of being pregnant?

Brief Answer:
Plan B has delayed your periods
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns about delayed periods.
Following is my reply:
1) Chances of pregnancy are very less as you had unprotected sex only for few seconds.
2) The delay in periods is because of taking plan B twice in XXXXXXX
3) Plan B upsets the hormonal balance and leads to delay in periods which is happening with you now.
4) I suggest you wait with patience for periods to start. No need to take anymore pills.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.
