Brief Answer:
they both may cause liver problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

methotrexate frequently causes liver problems with elevated liver function tests. Pravastatin also has some potential for liver damage. Using together two drugs that may cause liver problems increases the risk for side effects although there is no direct interaction between them. Using more hepatotoxic drugs is also discouraged.

Kind Regards!
