Brief Answer:
surgical abortion may be required.....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
AT 10 WEEKS pregnancy medical termination of pregnancy may not be successful completely. Primolut n is a progesterone and would rather further support the pregnancy.
the medicines for termination of pregnancy are different and not primolut-n. They cannot be prescribed online, but have to be prescribed under a gynaecologist's supervision only after an intrauterine confirmation of pregnancy by ultrasound.
In your case, a surgical abortion shall be required. So please meet your gynecologist in person.
Regards
