can you please tell me if Pristiq will affect my sperm? I have to contribute my sperm tomorrow morning for IVF. I am worried that I will let my wife down if my sperm is not so good because of the pristiq

Pristiq may cause decreased Libido (decreased interest or ability of sexual activity) but it has no known impact on the quality and quantity of the sperms in seminal fluid produced either through regular sexual intercourse or masturbation.
