Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.
Pulmonol cough syrup is a good expectorant which helps to expel out the excess mucus from throat during coughing and it can be given in infants without any difficulty.
But before going into further discussion,I would like to know
1) what is the age (in months) and weight (kg) of your infant?
2) Is he having any other symptoms apart from cough with mucus?
3) Is there any other medications prescribed by your doctor?
Kindly get back to me with these answers.

Brief Answer:
You can continue with it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again and thanks for sharing more information.
You can continue pulmonat syrup as directed by doctor but also take anti-pyretic syrup (paracetamol) for her fever with antibiotic (syrup ceclor).
Generally 4 to 5 ml syrup would be sufficient in child who weighs around 9 to 10 kg.
We would expect to resolve symptoms within 2 to 3 days with this medications.
Let me know if you have more things to clarify.
