Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the details.
The symptoms are non specific and may not be due to HIV.
The tiredness can be due to gonorrhea or antibiotics. The other symptoms may be due to any simple respiratory infection.
I do not think as related to HIV.
But it is better to get tested for HIV to relive your anxiety as there is risk exposure.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Non specific symptoms. Can occur in many diseases.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for follow up query.
Genital rubbing can transmit HIV though rare , as there are chances of secretions coming in contact .If there are ulcers or open wounds the chances of transmission is high. This can be considered as risk exposure.
The symptoms of sore throat ,fever etc are found in many simple viral or bacterial infection. It may be upper respiratory tract infection due to any of these. These can cause weakness, muscle or body aches too .These are not specific to HIV.So they are not HIV symptoms.
There are no specific HIV symptoms. Some of the symptoms/ diseases can raise suspicion of HIV like: Repeated infections , severe candidiasis , unexpected weight loss, persistent lymph nodes, unexplained repeated diarrhea
You can get back for any clarification.
