Brief Answer:
Seroquel and fluoxetine can lead to severe interaction

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I can understand your concerns.

You did right by not taking your daily dose of fluoxetine this motioning as using Seroquel together with fluoxetine can increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening.

Since you took Seroquel with carbidopa in the morning then you should monitor yourself and if you experience any drowsiness, dizziness or low blood pressure then you should seek medical care.

As taking Seroquel together with carbidopa can lead to decreased effectiveness of carbidopa and increased risk of the pre-mentioned side effects.

I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
