Does Spirulina Increases Sperm Count And Motility?

Question: Hi,my husband is taking maxozal l powder and ferpill M tablet for increasing sperm count and motility as suggested by doctor.so is it good to take spiruluna tablet also,along with the above mentioned medicines.
Kindly let me know whether spiritual tablet also helps to increase sperm count and motility.
