Does T-minic Oral Drops 15 Ml And T-minic Oral Syrup 60ml Are Different In Any Way?
Question: Hello Docs!
My 16 months old (11 kgs) contracted cold 10 days back with extremely runny nose. I started administering T-minic syrup 3.5 ml thrice and Citrazine 4.5 ml once before sleep at night, as the same was prescribed by his pediatrician last time when he had same symptoms. He was better in 5 days so I stopped Citrazine. But 2 days later he again developed runny nose though not that bad this time but there is lot of mucus when I clean his nose with nose cleaner. My concern is that his runny nose isn't getting cured even after administering T-minic for 9 days. What should I do? Also if you can tell me T-minic oral drops 15 ml and T-minic oral Syrup 60ml are different in any way?

You have given him the right medication, if it's only the running nose and no fever then give him plain water steam inhalation and salt water gargling, give him nasal drops as you are already giving
Instead of t mimic give him mucolite syrup 3 ml 3 times a day
