I ate a marijuana edible 2 days ago and had a very strong reaction. I am now feeling like I am having panic attacks and I feel totally out of it.
Serotonin syndrome is not known complication of THC with guanfacine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Marijhuana is known to cause variety of effects and panic reaction is one among them. In my clinical experience I have observed effects such as severe anxiety, panic attacks, psychosis, paranoia and many others even after single use of THC and I completely agree that you have developed strong reaction following marijhuana use.
Having said this I like to inform that THC is not associated with any incidence of serotonin syndrome irrespective of presence of guanfacine or not.
The absence of serotonin syndrome does not mean that you will mix them as mixing psychoactive substance sometime cause effects which can not be explained on the basis of combination of use. In other words there are some synergistic effects which can occur when two or more substances of abuse combined.
I hope this helps you.

Yes if there is no more exposure
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
The most effects of cannabis last only for days and never cross the month provided there is no further intake. In case there is repeated intake it can cause permanent damage to the brain.
I mean to say that there are high chances that effects will be reverted back but there should not be further exposure to it.
I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
