Brief Answer:
combinations are safe, pantoprazole and primidone together need monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns.

The medicines you have mentioned are safer together except primidone and pantoprazole decrease eachother levels so it is not a toxic interaction but my decreases effectiveness of one of these drugs when used concomitantly.

Side effects of a drug is a very complicated subject as trials are continously being done and data reveals side effects every now and then, which are not previously known. If we start discussing detailed side effects, it will take pages to discuss. If we consider few common side effects, ventoline can trigger cardiac arythmias, tremors and dryness of mucosas, pantoprazole may induce achlorhydria by lowering acid production and losing acid barrier making person susceptible to infections but only with prolong use, bone marrow suppression and osteoporosis. Fluoxetine may trigger anxiety even further at start or erectile dysfunction or insomnia or withdraw symptoms. Tamsuline may cause postural drops or low blood pressures and primidone may trigger electrolytes imbalance, bone marrow suppression, and osteoporosis. Such side effects are neared in mind while prescribing medicines so you need not to think about these much. In case of new onset symptoms you need to consult your GP and discuss the medicines you are using to rule out drug related reasons when such things come up. Physicians bear these things in mind while prescribing medicines so don't refrain from use of any life saving or necessary medicine based on your knowledge of side effects and let your physician weigh risks vs benefits.

Hopethis has answered your query. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
