I have about 10% of my sacralmdiusc gone. I have scoliosis. I also have multiple disc that are not of normal status. I have radiating pain from my lower back down my right leg and pain radiating down my left.
Brief Answer:
continue the medications
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
Sorry for the delay in replying back.
The medicines prescribed for you are as per the norms. Percocet 10mg/325mg should be ideally initiated with one tab every 6 hours. Maximum daily dose is 4gms.
Tizanidine hydrochloride 4mg, due to its short course of action, can be taken every 6 hours, so you ca take it TID.
Lyrica 50mg can be taken two times a day, if you do not have any renal impairment.
Also it would be best to consult with your treating doctor for further titration of the doses and also to discuss the options of physiotherapy and surgical option.
Hope I have answered to your query,
Regards.
