Brief Answer:
Tramadol is the likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Yes, tramol (Tramadol) is the most likely cause for being tired and sleeping most of the day.

It is a synthetic opioid which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is associated with adverse effects of somnolence and dizziness in roughly 25 % of patients that use it. You can reduce it to 25 mg once a day if the somnolence is not resolved even after a normal sleep.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
