Question: can you take a tylenol pm after taking a xanax? if so how long should you wait?

Tylenol PM consists of Paracetamol and Diphenhydramine. The drug results in sedation and drowsiness. Using high dose of Tylenol PM with Xanax results in increased sedation, drowsiness and sleepiness. But yes, you can take Tylenol PM after taking Xanax. Wait for about a hour and you can take Tylenol PM, to remain on safer side.
