After an Acetaminophen overdose ,a liver damage will occur.The levels of liver enzymes in blood will increase 2-4 days after ingestion.
The liver cells will start to regenerate and to heal after the drug is discontinued.
and liver enzymes will return to normal values in 2-3 weeks.
