Question: I take Hydralazine 100 mg for my blood pressure. Can I take viagra ?

This is a very good question. There are certain medications which can contribute to significant side effects when taking along with Viagra.
Hydralazine taken in combination with Viagra can increase the risk of symptomatic lowering the blood pressure. This can place you at risk for losing consciousness or passing out.
for this reason I cannot recommend that you take Viagra while you were taking hydralazine. I would recommend that you talk about this with your primary care Doctor Who might consider an alternate medication to help control your blood pressure which might allow you to use the Viagra on an as needed basis.
