Generally, these 2 can be taken together if you dont have stomach issuesm but this is too huge amount of analgetics and I suggest to visit pain specialist or anastesiologist who will recommend then appropriate combination of painkillers and only 2 should be taken at the same. You can take one opiod and on nonsteroid painkillers. It shold be enough for fracture pain. Wish you good health. Regards
