Brief Answer:
Dont take Wysolone
Detailed Answer:
Hello doctor,
Your doctor is absolutely wrong. Wysolone does not prevent preterm delivery and it is not necessary.
It has more side effects than help.
Please don't take Wysolone at all.

thanks a lot doctor...actually i was taking my antenatal care from an infertility hospital named CRAFT near our home as they do take normal pregnancies as well.
I had taken 5 tablets of wysolone 5mg till march 17 th and then stopped taking it.
that time i was around 14 weeks ...would that have affected my baby.......is it wise to change the hospital or ask the gynecologist about her intention....sorry for being too anxious.....

Brief Answer:
No harm with 5 doses
Detailed Answer:
Hi
CRAFT is a good hospital. Since they are into IVF and high risk pregnancies, they might have got overworked about you.
You can continue with same hospital.
5 doses of Wysolone won't harm. Don't worry about it.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.

Brief Answer:
No need of wysolone
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes. Dont take wysolone eve if prescribed. You can request doctor that you wont take. I am sure she will oblige.
I dont see increased chance of preterm delivery in you just because you have PCOD.
This calcium is excess. But it wont harm in anyway. So you can continue.
Folic acid is not required in second trimester. But this comes as combination with iron tablets now a days. It need not be taken separately.
