Does Zithromax Z-Pak Help Cure Skin Infection?

Question: I have a zpac and was wondering if it will treat infection on my leg? I have 3 spots that started small like bites and I shaved with a previously used razor, now they are red around them sore and making my leg hurt, it's hurting higher than the area like muscle or just under skin
